Random Still Life
Siderotype is a general term coined by Sir John Hershel in the mid-19th century to designate a photographic print made with an iron-based process. Amongst the multitude of processes invented in the 19th century are the platinum/palladium print, and the cyanotype.
The following prints were made using the Malde-Ware Platinum-palladium process, as well as Mike Ware’s New Cyanotype, which are both contemporary variants and improved formula developed by Dr. Mike Ware and Pradip Malde in the recent years.
